Introduction and Agreement

Each player may only open one personal account at thl11. Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, payment method or personal details is strictly prohibited. Any such accounts will be closed regardless of circumstances, and bonus funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, phone number and payment details provided when opening an account must be correct. thl11 cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information submitted by the player.

Players must keep their login password secure and must not share it with any third party. If you notice any financial activity on your account that you did not make, contact thl11 customer support immediately.

Section 2 — Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

2.1 Deposits

thl11 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party payment methods are not allowed under any circumstances.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed quickly, normally within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Players must understand and accept that processing may take longer due to verification procedures.

2.3 Withdrawal Verification

  • The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
  • Players must complete the bonus wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal.

2.4 Fraudulent Financial Activity

thl11 may investigate financial fraud and betting patterns that do not meet the defined criteria. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

Section 3 — Bonus & Promotion Rules

3.1 Welcome Bonus

thl11 offers a 100% welcome bonus (up to 100,000 Ks) for first-time depositors. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks. Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

Before attempting to withdraw bonus funds, players must complete a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

3.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus can be claimed only once per player.
  • If a player is found to have opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, all such bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
  • thl11 may specify which games can be played with bonus funds.
  • If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus will be deducted.

3.4 VIP Program

The thl11 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. The more you play, the higher your tier and the greater the rewards you can receive.

Section 4 — Gameplay Rules

4.1 Fair Play

Players at thl11 can play in a secure and trustworthy environment protected by SSL encryption. Game results are produced by a Random Number Generator (RNG) based on mathematical principles, ensuring fairness in every game.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviour

  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical shortcuts to gain an advantage
  • Using bots or automated software intended to predict game results
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
  • Engaging in fraudulent financial activity on the platform

If any of the above violations are found, the player's account will be closed and remaining funds will not be returned.

4.3 Football Betting

Football betting players must immediately notify thl11 if they notice any incorrect odds or match schedule information. thl11 reserves the right to void bets that were placed due to incorrect data.

4.4 Restricted Regions
